Instructions
1. Foundation Row:
Chain 30 (or any even number to adjust width as desired).
2. Row 1:
Single crochet in the second chain from hook and in each chain across. (29 stitches)
3. Row 2:
Chain 1, turn. Single crochet in the back loop only of each stitch across. (29 stitches)
4. Repeat Row 2 until the scarf measures about 25 inches long (or your desired length, leaving 2 inches for buttonholes section).
Buttonhole Row (worked once near the end):
Next Row (Buttonhole Row):
Chain 1, turn.
Work single crochet in the back loop only for 5 stitches,
chain 2, skip 2 stitches, single crochet in the back loop of next 5 stitches.
Repeat from * to * two more times for a total of 3 buttonholes evenly spaced.
Continue with single crochet in the back loop only to the end of the row.
Next Row:
